Refund policy
Discounted items are final sale. Full-priced items can be returned within 14 days of delivery to the customer if they are in unused condition. However, sometimes things go awry and that's just the nature of things. If anything should go wrong with your items, just send an email to (sales@hcmc.shop) with photos of what went wrong. We will try our best to figure something out. Otherwise, customers will have to pay for a return shipping label provided by Shopify.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customized items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EU & EEA Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at sales@hcmc.shop. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value of the product if it has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exceptions — The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
