This Ittetsu Spiral Damascus Santoku is a beautiful rare handle variant, lightweight, 165mm (6.5") Santoku knife made by Hokiyama in Tosa, Japan for Ittetsu. Hokiyama has been making knives for over a hundred years, using nearly 1000 year old traditional methods in combination with contemporary steels and standards.
We highly recommend this santoku to everyone as it is perfect for slicing, chopping and rocking. It is also relatively low maintenance. Hand wash and towel dry only.
